My Netscape web-based mail isn't working

When I try to send mail to medfor...@netscape.net, I get:

The aol postmaster responds only with a boilerplate message and the aol
phone help is clueless and useless. The account
medfor...@netscape.net DOES exist because I made it. I can send mail
FROM it TO anywhere else including medfor...@netscape.net!
Any ideas?
