Single Sign-On problem

I'm implementing user single sign-on between our Mail Server/Messaging
Express (iPlanet Messaging 5), and Delegated Admin 4.5. The mail
server, and web server (for delegated admin) appear to be configured
correctly, and I have followed the iPlanet documentation exactly
regarding the activation of single sign-on (and have also tried fiddling
around with the specified parameters), but to no avail.

When a user makes the jump from his/her iPlanet Messenger Express
options page to Delegated Administrator, s/he is jumped to the delegated
admin login page, instead of his/her own delegated admin account, as is
supposed to happen. The web server log files show return code 302 for
the transaction which I believe is related to client redirection, which
I can understand given the jump to the login page mentioned above.

The strange thing is, none of the log files show up any other problems -
just normal activities such as the initialisation of the 'ssoauth'
servlet (which handles single sign-on), etc.

This is probably a shot in the dark, but if anyone has done the same as
myself, followed the manual etc., and had problems getting single
sign-on to work (with the same symptoms), help would be appreciated.
