Servlet instance pool

Hi ,

How do I configure iWS to maintain a pool of instances of a servlet that
implemets SingleThreadModel. (The servlet container I have been using in
the past had a property called singlethread.initpoolsize). I am unable
to configure iws in a similar manner, so it now processes only one
request at a time !!! Please Help!!
I am using iPlanet 4.1 SP4 on Solaris.
