Silly question: How to run my WAI exe?

I'm sorry for so simple question.
I have NES 3.6 on NT 4.0.
Then I create project with Visual Studio (Simple Win32 Application).
I put there a class derived from WAIWebApplicationService.
I did all what was written in "Writing a WAI Application in C++".
But when I start the application I get the error:
"The procedure entry point ?is_nil@... cound not be located
in the DLL orb_r.dll".
I tried to compile the Debug and Release versions. No way.
