Jeff,

Please supply some missing information. Please tell us the following:

1. which server you're using, and which version number of the server it is.

2. What version of communicator are you using?

3. Are you using PSM (The new security add-on upgrade for Communicator 4.7x)?
and if so, which version?

4. Are you using any form of fortezza, including software fortezza?

(Please post all followup messages in this newsgroup, thanks.)

Hello,

I have same problem like Jeff. Answers to questions:

1. Netscape FastTrack Server 3.01
2. 4.72
3. I don't know. Where can I get it?
4. No

Any clue to solve this problem?
Matti

More questions:

1. Are you using SSL client authentication with client certificates?
2. when did this problem begin?
3. When did you begin using SSL?
4. Has anything about your server configuration changed about the time the
problem began?
5. Is there a proxy server between the client and server?
If so, do you know which one (e.g. brand of proxy).
