App fails to connect to db automatically after system reboot (nt)

Hi there..

My LW apps fails to start automatically after a system reboot. I have to
use the application manager and restart the applications.. then all
works fine..

What happens is that the applications fails to connec to the Oracle 8
database unless its manually restartet as described.
What can I do so the applications will start correctly after a system
reboot ?

I am running Iplanet 4.0 on Windows 2000.. but I have seen the same
problem on NT 4.0
