Hi
I saw that every objectclass has a unique OID.
Is there a pool of OID that I can take from if I want to define a new
objectclass or attribute?

You can go to www.iana.org and request a Private Enterprise Number. The PEN
prefix will be 1.3.6.1.4.1 (this is documented in the assigned PENs file).
This is about the only place that I know of that you can get one for no
charge.
