Issue with Dynamically generated Select-Options

Hello all,
I have a problem with the way NN4.79 displays my form I have code
samples and images stating what the problem is. If you are interested go

Beware the images are a little large. This is a browser specific issues
and I believe it has to do with the dynamic generation of the selects,
ie5 and nn7 work fine.
Please refrain from telling me to not use that browser,

Leave that browser the noscripted version, "Web development NEVER
relies on scripts"
