Answer rule Allow/Block and RingforXXXsecs

Is there any API provided for Answerrules "Allow/Block" and "RingforXXXsecs".

Allow/Block is just the use of the fileds below from http://dox.netsapiens.com/blog/2012/09/17/answering-rule/

acp_control	Call Accept enabled or disabled
acp_parameter	Callee to accept and bypass any reject rules
rej_control	Reject enabled or disabled
rej_parameter	Callee to reject

The ring timeout is field "no_answer_timeout" provisioned to the subscriber, http://dox.netsapiens.com/blog/2012/09/10/subscribers/
