Shift 8 Networks

Hey guys,

 I'm trying to figure out how to work with the Web Responder API, but I'm working through Shift8Network's sandbox. I can't find how to put a web-url hook through that interface so I can start developing on the Web Responder platform. Does anybody know if the hook can be made in that sandbox, or, if it can't, how I would go about getting it done?
