I was wondering if you guys have a newer version of your call object documentation? When I subscribe to call events I receive a lot more object properties than described in your current call object.

Thanks,

I guess more specifically, I would like to keep a count of all calls in a given queue based on call events. I can't determine which set of properties say when a call is in a given queue and also which properties say when the call has ended or is transferred back into that queue. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Alex,

We don't have anything newer unfortunately. As for what you see its the full active call record per leg so in sim ring or cases it goes between users/agent then you will get additional. If you purpose is to count calls for a queue, you can subscribe with object "call_origid" which will not factor in the agent side and make it a bit simpler. You can count based on the orig_callid which will be unique per inbound call.  You can then track that per queue if you would like.
