What api is used to find if a call was recorded, and then to access the file?

We are working on a full writeup, but the object will be "recording". action will be "read". The only needed field to provide will be "callid" which will correlate to the callid in the NMS cdr. You might also need to provide domain and user depending on scope and access level of your oauth token.
