A couple of tips for you below, also re-read page 24 of the rules for deck construction rules and tips.

I prefer to run closer to 40% ice, so I think your count of ice is a little low.  If you'd like to see 2 Ice in your opening hand, 19-20 Ice is good; some decks can run a little lower than than, but 15 out of 45 feels a little thin to me.

With 20 or 21 points of agendas, you're allowed to have a total deck size of 45-49, and I prefer to go for 49.  In most games a smaller deck is better; but in NR if you keep the proportion of agendas lower, then both you and the runner are less likely to draw agendas from R&D.  Unless the deck is built for speed, I think going for the maximum deck size allowed with your number of agendas is the way to go.

If this is a Haas-Bioroid deck, you're not allowed to bring in any cards from other factions that don't have an influence cost (that's the little dots on the bottom left of most cards, bottom right on Ice).  So the Jinteki Nisei Mk III agenda isn't legal to have in here.  You don't really get a lot of options for what agendas to include in the core set, and I don't think HB really gets any options other than 3 priority req, 3 private security, and 3 Accelerated Beta Test.

Another legality thing, there is a 3 card limit, so you don't get to have 6 Enigma.

Because of the whole Jinteki agenda thing I didn't check on the amount of Influence you're bringing in from other factions, but aiming to use all 15 points you're allowed is generally good.

Hey there Marguerite,

Welcome to the game! Here are my thoughts on your deck.

agendas:
3x Nisei MK II
3x Private Security Force
3x Priority Requisition

This is an HB deck, yeah? You're only allowed to use the agendas for your corp inside of its own deck. So only Jinteki can use Nisei MK II (the best agenda, hands-down). You're stuck with accelerated beta-test. Accelerated beta-test is good, though. So it's not a bad choice.

Upgrades:
1x experimental data
1x akitaro watanabe

Looks good.

Assets:
1x project junebug
3x pad campaign
3x adonis campaign

In my opinion, this is too many assets. With your 9 agendas, and 10 assets, this makes a total of 19 things you need to build a remote data fort to host. That's almost half your deck, which means the runner is gonna be trashing a lot of stuff from HQ & RD.

Operations:
3x hedge fund
3x biotic labor
3x archived memories
3x shipment from kaguya

Personally I don't think biotic labor and shipment from kaguya are that good. But that's your call.

ICE:
1x chum
3x enigma
3x enigma
3x rototurret
3x ichi 1.0
2x heimdall 1.0

This isn't nearly enough ICE. Most decks need to run around 40% ICE. And after a conversation I had with Jeremy the other day, I believe HB needs to run closer to 50%. Plus I assume the double enigmas are a typo.

So my advice would be to remove some of your duplicate assets, and replace them with ICE. Your idea of getting a lot of money and advancing fast is a nice idea, but it doesn't take into effect the chaos the runner will create. So it's almost like that adage about communism, that it works well -in theory.- But the runner is only there to annoy you.

Thank you for the feedback!!

I posted this and ran off to work yesterday--wherein i double-checked on the rules!
I fixed the agendas... Then, after trying the deck a few solitaire hands, the lack of ice was more than apparent!

The six enigmas was just a typo. The 49 cards being ideal was a different thought for me after so much mtg.

We have dubbed it, FailCorp! Back to refine it today :D
