Great podcast! Very insightful. This articles helped me rethink some of the ways I execute classroom management. I think I do a pretty good job, but I definitely have room to grow. I love the idea of modeling, and I know some teachers who do that, but I have never spent the time on it. I think that will be a big change for me in the years to come.
