NIH-funded Postdoc or Software Developer position on multiscale brain modeling

We are happy to announce that we just received additional NIH funding to develop NetPyNE and its growing tool ecosystem. The title of this supplement award is: “Development of robust cloud-based software for co-simulation of biophysical circuit and whole-brain network models”. It involves developing an interface between the NetPyNE and The Virtual Brain tools to enable brain models that span the molecular, cellular, circuit and whole-brain network scales.
