Specify colours in rasterplot

Is there a way to specify the colours for each population in the rasterplot?

Hi Maliha,

You can use `popColors` parameter, which takes dictionary of populations labels and colors in the format accepted by matplotlib, e.g.:

{'E2': 'red', 'E4': 'pink', 'I2': 'purple'}
