Hello everyone,

Currently, I am using simulations of the rat S1 cortex from this research paper for my study:
https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fninf.2022.884245/full

In this paper, they used "VecStim" to calculate LFP (Local Field Potential) and reduce memory and computational requirements. I am also interested in calculating LFP and would like to reference the methods used in this paper.

Therefore, I would like to inquire if it is possible to obtain the program/code used in this paper to calculate LFP.

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,
yamazaki

Hi yamazaki,

You can use the same repo you've referenced before, but check out the branch `LFP` - https://github.com/suny-downstate-medical-center/S1_Thal_NetPyNE_Frontiers_2022/tree/LFP

Best regards,
Valery
