I've been searching how to enable self-connections (neurons with the same GID), but cannot find anything. Any advice?

Hello there!

Can you also please let me know where exactly we need to put this and how can we make it for the 30% of the neuronal population, for example?
Is there anything else that we need to put prior to it like "sim.cfg.allowSelfConns = True"
