I am Avantika, working at Aon Hewitt in Talent & Organizational Consulting as a key member of the Selection & Assessment Team.

 

 As part of building our Pre-Hire psychometric assessment tools at Aon Hewitt we are increasing our assessment item bank and seeking expertise in item test construction for 3 levels of recruitment:

·         Entry-Level

·         Mid-Management

·         Professional Sales

 

These are psychometric tests based on well-defined behavioral competencies that measure the candidate's role fit and predict future job performance. We are looking to create 100 items X 3 tests = 300 items. These tests will be validated on a large industry sample which in turn will be used to create relevant Indian norms for industry wide recruitment.

 

For this purpose we are in search of SME's in the field of psychometrics, any experience in item test construction will be prefered.

We are looking at hiring 2 M.A/ Ph.D students who are interested in taking up this project for a 6 week time span starting mid February. The stipend will be a total of INR 10,000 for 6 weeks. The project goals and targets will be set and regularly monitored. This shall be a great opportunity to not only add value to our solution but also to interact with our consultants and get trained by our U.S. based I-O psychologists at the beginning of this project.
