By the way I tried to install another program also using this dll and the
release I used included vbo410.dll. But when I got this dll in my system sb3
didn't run also, it needed some licenses... Please help.

ScriptBuilder 3.0 was not tested nor developed for localized releases of
Windows98. However, we are looking into an internationalized version of
ScriptBuilder which should address your problems. Stay tuned for
