If viewed in IE, you will see some gradient coded CSS buttons

The fun (I will post some samples on that later on) is that I resize MLR
depending on content length ! (look at your scrollbar while changing tab)

The site looks great!
A nice way to show off NOF11.
My only comment is that it seems a bit wide (it is producing scrollbars at
1024x768).
Since the actual content fits nicely you might be able to narrow the
background a bit (otherwise it makes the site appear off center a bit).
But either way - nice work!
