Fusion MX Style problem - Help

I have been using MX for a long time without problem
recently, when I try to creat or modify a style, receive error msg " XML 4C
panic error " "Could not
load a local code page transcoder".

I tried both from existing site or creating a new site, when I use any existing
style and simply change one of the buttom fond size or button image, and
error msg appear when trying to go to Page or Site mode. Simply can create any
new style at all. Help...!
