Importing pics and data to stacked pages

A few things.

1. when I use an external excel spreadsheet to make stacked pages, its
taking all the rows I have in the spreadsheet and putting in on one page.
How do I separate it so that every item is on a separate page? The page
which shows this is http://www.silasgroup.com/html/template_page.html the
link to the stacked page where the products should be (as far as I know) is
http://www.silasgroup.com/html/stacked_page_0.html. It produced over 200
pages for only 4 products.

2. How to I insert pics into stacked pages and match up with each products?
The example test spreadsheet I have to play around with has 4 products
(1-4). How do I get pic1 to match up with item 1 in stacked pages? Is it
linked to the spreadsheet somehow?

3. What is the search box called? I would read about it to learn, but I
don't know what to look for.
