Yes.

You can export a site from 8 as a template and make a new site in 11.
Fusion 11 has a XHTML option, not CSS-P, but good.

The Goldmine for 9 components work pretty well in Fusion 9 and above.
All of the ones I've tried work in 11. (haven't tried them all)

I'd get the new Goldmine package and Fusion 11. You may need to find a free
version of Fusion 9 somewhere and install it to be able to install Goldmine.
Once installed, the folder can be copied to the Fusion 11 install.
