Is anyone running NOE 8 with Windows 7? I want to make sure it will run
before I buy a new PC with Windows 7.

You can try seting Fusion 8 to run with admin privilidges and set it to run
in XP compatibility mode.

If this does not work for you there is always the local publish 3rd party
