I am unable to display the navigation bar when selecting a link from
the_Orchestra.html. All other pages work properly. I had to use a work
around by providing a link on the sub page that returns me to either the
home page or the orchestra page. I prefer the navigation bar. Below is
the url to the_orchestra page. Would someone please go to the page and
if possible determine my problem? Thank you

I'm assuming that I haven't made myself clear. Possibly the reason no
one has responded to my plight?.?. Simply put, the navigation bars
appear as expected except for a few pages where it no longer is present.
I'm baffled as to why. A solution will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Looking through the html code I noticed that the following is missing
from the sub pages within the script code between the <Head> statement:

<!--

DIV#NavigationBar5_1LYR {
position:absolute; visibility:hidden; top:0; left:0; z-index:1;
}
DIV#NavigationBar5_2LYR {
position:absolute; visibility:hidden; top:0; left:0; z-index:1;
}
DIV#NavigationBar5_3LYR {
position:absolute; visibility:hidden; top:0; left:0; z-index:1;
}
-->

But why is it missing? NOF should be including it automatically. Any ideas?

Because the "Include Navigation" selection box in the properties pane is
not checked. Thanks for all your help.
