i cant get the forms manager to open up

hello,

i cant get the forms manager to open up. I open the advanced tools
menu, click on forms manager, a new window opens but just hangs there...
i've let it go as long as 10 minutes..... this really stinks cause i already
have all my forms for my website created using the forms manager and now i
cant access them.... any help would be appreciated

I have the same problem. The form manager tells me "We are sorry but your
request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later." and
later never works, it is frustrating, particularly since I paid for the
service.
