Broken code. How can it be fixed?

Please open www.smartjobhunting.com and see the broken code. Do not Google search for it.
All the numbers are broken code.
NetObjects teck support says it is broken code but offers no advice on how to fix it.
When you click on the lower navigation bars all is well. The home page now
works correctly.
How can I fix it? All code is Fusion 8's. I have not inserted and code except
what Fusion 8 provides.
