Need help with Submit form

I am using 7.5. I created a Form at the end I have a Submit button. In the
Form Handler Properties I have Publish to = email, Email = m...@domain.com
When I published my site to test the button it did not work .
Please help. Thanks in advance

Update I was able to get the submit button to work. Now I see that I have
another issue, the information from the form does not come through in the
email. Is this something that has to be setup on the server side??? or what
do I need to fix.
