Need help with Form

I'm having a little trouble. I wanted to know if you could help me.

I've created a Form on my web site that I want sent as an email. The submit
button works. The email is blank.

I understand that I need to use cig code where do I insert the code in the
Form properties / the submit button??? Which or both???? I also understand
that there are 3 places that I can insert the code Before Tag, Inside Tag
and After Tag.
