F_doLoaded missing ")"?

Hello Friends -

I am relatively new to Fusion and am experiencing what may be a simple
but certainly is frustrating issue. Whenever I try to add a a simple
action to an object on my page, I get either a runtime error indicating
that it was expecting a ")" in the defition of the "F_doLoaded" function
(in the line: F_OM('Layout','LayoutLYR', 'doc', '', new Array()); near
the Array paramater) or it simply doesn't do anything.

It seems like it might be a bug, but it is also entirely possilbe that I
am doing something very stupid and wrong. I am desparate for any
direction.
