whaite page flashes up when i click on new page?

Hi,
I've recently just made a site from scratch using Version 7. Everything was
going fine while i was building it and did lots of publish sites locally to
keep checking etc. then for no apparent reason the screen started going
white everytime i click on a new page (most annoying), I hoped it wouldn't
still be like that when i uploaded it but it is still. You can see what I
mean here... www.orkneybadmintonassociation.co.uk
any ideas or help on the matter would be great, thanks

you are using frames (not ideal), so a white flash is perfectly normal
unless you give up on highlighted navbuttons and auto gen banners (not
ideal)
