Dear Apollon-Components users,
One more year is nearly over now. It was a year with many things going
on - I finished my education and started into the 'real world', I
found a really good job, the Apollon-Project started to grow more then
I thought and many more things. All in all it was a very successfull
year for me.
The Apollon-Project has matured for nearly three years now and is one
of the world-leading producers for high-quality Components for all
versions of NetObjects Fusion including NetObjects Authoring Server
3 and 2000 - and the only source for all this for FREE. Additional the
Apollon-Components are still the only Components that are available
multilingual in English and German. To make all this possible I have
to thank some people that helped me greatly over the next year - Peter
Pasho from The Web Cartel for his great work on the redesign of my
homepage, many guys at NetObjects (including the people from the
german office) and many other people I can't list completely - for the
support and help. I thank all users of my Components for your
continued support, the huge mass of email with ideas and thanks.
There are many things planned for the next year - so stay tuned for
these new things and let me surprise you :-).
The next year will start with the release of all Components as
version-number 5.x, which will replace the current available
4.x-Components. These Components will be compatible and useable
with NetObjects Fusion 4.x AND the new NetObjects Fusion 5.x.
These new Components will be available in the first days of January
2000 for download from http://www.apollon.de. I will send separate
mail when they are available.

Hallo Apollon-Components Benutzer,
... und schon wieder ist ein Jahr vorüber. In diesem Jahr sind viele
Dinge passiert - Ich habe meine Ausbildung beendet und startete in
das 'wirkliche Leben', ich habe einen sehr guten Job gefunden, das
Apollon-Project entwickelte sich besser als ich dachte, und viele
Dinge mehr. Alles in allem war es ein sehr erfolgreiches Jahr.
Das Apollon-Project existiert nun schon fast drei Jahre und ist eine
der weltweit führenden Entwickler für hochqualitative Components für
alle Versionen von NetObjects Fusion und NetObjects Authoring Server
3 und 2000 - und als einzige Quelle, wo es dies umsonst gibt.
Desweiteren sind die Apollon-Components immer noch die einzigen
Components, die in gleichzeitig in Deutsch und Englisch verfügbar
sind. Um all dies möglich zu machen muß ich mich bei einigen Leuten
bedanken, die mit im letzten Jahr sehr geholfen haben - Peter Pasho
von The Web Cartel für seine wirklich gute Arbeit an der
Neugestaltung meiner Homepage, viele Leute von NetObjects (natürlich
auch die Mitarbeiter von NetObjects Deutschland) and viele viele
mehr, die ich gar nicht alle aufzählen kann. Desweiteren danke ich
allen Benutzern meiner Components für die Unterstützung und die Menge
an Mails mit Ideen und Danksagungen.
Für nächstes Jahr sind einige Dinge geplant - laßt euch
überraschen ... :-)
Das nächste Jahr wird damit beginnen, daß alle Components auf die
Versionsnummer 5.x aktualisiert werden, welche die existierenden
4.x-Components ersetzen. Diese Components sind kompatibel zu
NetObjects Fusion 4.x und auch zum neuen NetObjects Fusion 5.x,
welches ab Januar in englisch verfügbar ist. Die neuen Versionen
werden in den ersten Tagen im Januar unter http://www.apollon.de
zum herunterladen zur Verfügung stehen. Ich sende eine separate Mail,
sobald diese verfügbar sind.
Alle Benutzer der Components (oder Interesenten) bitte (soweit nicht
schon geschehen) sich unter http://www.apollon.de/Other/mailing_list.html
in die Apollon-Components-Mailingliste einzutragen. Das ist der
einfachste Weg immer aktuell zu bleiben.
Ich wünsche allen ein gesundes neues Jahr, einen 'Guten Rutsch'
und hoffe auf ein Wiedersehen nächstes Jahr.
