To our NetObjects Fusion for Macintosh customers,

After much research and consideration, we have decided to no longer
develop new versions of NetObjects Fusion for Macintosh. This has been
a very difficult decision for us, and we have been evaluating various
alternatives.

We will continue to support our existing NetObjects Fusion 3.0 for
Macintosh users through our newsgroups and technical support resources
until December 31, 2000. For more details, please see

I would like to suggest what I consider a great alternative for many of
you, which is an all new web site called GoBizGo.com that is focused on
the needs of small businesses wanting to create a web presence. This
all new site, launched today, features a wide range of resources for
helping people like you build successful, small business web sites. At
the heart of this new site is an online web site building product that
works every bit as well on a Macintosh as it does on a Windows machine.
I am very excited about this new offering, and I encourage you to sign

We are also offering our NetObjects Fusion 3.0 for Macintosh customers

On a personal note, I am a die hard Macintosh user (both at home and
work) and appreciate that these solutions are a compromise; however,
what is encouraging to me is the fact that web-based solutions will
redefine the concept of "ease-of-use" and bring powerful applications to

users regardless of their platform of choice.

Are there any plans to make this cross-grade available as an e-download?
Similar to the way I received the original version of NOF 3.0 for
Macintosh. Personally I would prefer an e-download rather then another box
to recycle.

Not to be a "b*tch" but can we send it along to someone that can make a decision
in under a year? Sorry for the comment, but I am rather upset as a mac user that
NOI is dropping support for a platform that has shown significant strides in
proving it is back for the long haul and holds such a tight market in the
Graphics/Web Site Development fields. But business is business.
