Should I upgrade from 3.1.7?

I bought NNW many years ago and am using v3.1.7 on Snow Leopard. I
never upgraded because I remember that some features I liked had been
removed as the app was updated. (But I don't remember now what those
specific features were.) I never synced to Google Reader and I
currently am subscribed to 1655 feeds.
Are there any substantial benefits to upgrading to the latest version
or should I just keep things as is since I'm not having any real
problems?
