Anyway of Flagging the contents of my Clippings folder?

I need to be able to Flag the 400+ items in my Clippings folder on my
Mac in NetNewsWire so that they are then sync'ed over to the iPad
edition. I've searched here and can't see anyway to do this en-masse.
Select/All and then right-click, choosing Flagged only seems to allow
this on a per item basis.

Can anybody help?
