I have read post about previous version being unable to sync, and this
being resolved after upgrading— but I have v3.3 and still get
repeating 'enter username and password for your Google Reader
Account", and upon entering the correct info, it just repeats.

Any ideas on what is going on and how to fix this?

Thanks in advance,

jmy:

Could be that your google account is set up to use two-factor
authentication, in which case you'll need to add NNW as a trusted
application. You can do this from http://accounts.google.com (I
think?).

If that's not the case, or if it still isn't working, try the unlock
captcha: https://accounts.google.com/b/0/DisplayUnlockCaptcha

Sometimes that clears out whatever password nonsense is happening with
my account. Maybe it'll work for you.

This should probably be an FAQ on your website that you can link people to.

Thanks John: thats gotta be it— I just enabled the 2-step authentication process. I will try out what you have suggested and get back to you.
