How do you organize feeds?

Any way to drag feed folders (and individual items) up or down in the
list to reorder them?

The iPhone version of NetNewsWire takes your Google Reader subscriptions and sorts the folders and feeds alphabetically: There isn't an in-app way to move things around the way you describe.
