Differences between paid and free versions of iPhone app

Hello everyone!

I've never used Google Groups before. I did a search for this topic
but found nothing. I hope I'm not doubling up information here.

I've been using the free version of NetNewsWire on my iPhone for a
while now and really like it. I've been looking at the paid version
but shy away from the $4.99 price tag. I know that five bucks is
nothing but I've been bitten by apps before so I'm wary when dolling
out my hard earned cash.

So I'm wondering, what's the difference between the free and paid
versions of this app?

Unfortunately, the app store descriptions lack big time in this
comparison area so I'm happy to have found this Google Group!

Hi Lawrence,

The different is just the ad from The Deck that gets displayed at the top of some of the screens (the Feeds screen and article list screens). The premium version doesn't display that ad.
