To upload a new model, should I use the NetLogo Model Upload page or the Modeling Commons upload page?

I'm new to uploading  and I'm confused by the two different ways to upload a new model to be shared.   I couldn't find documentation or previous answers on which one to use.

When should I use the "NetLogo Model Upload" page, and when should I use the Modeling Commons "Upload a NetLogo Model" page?

Do the models end up in the same place?   Is one faster?  If I don't have a zip file are they equivalent?

I see that the Modeling Commons page only accepts nlogo file types and an associated PNG, so maybe it is automated and fast (?) while the Netlogo Model Upload page can accept a zip file and suggests it may take several days to complete the upload, so possibly it requires manual help on the NetLogo end to unpack the model and PNG file?  I'm just guessing.
