We are excited to announce that registration is open for the upcoming Agent-Based and Individual-Based Modelling using NetLogo course, taking place online from 27 October to 7 November.

Course website: https://www.physalia-courses.org/courses-workshops/course52/

Co-presented by the NetLogo team, this 30-hour course introduces participants to the principles and practice of agent-based modelling. Through lectures, tutorials, and independent project work, attendees will learn how to design, implement, and evaluate their own ABMs using NetLogo.

The course will be led by Professors Volker Grimm and Steve Railsback, together with Jacob Kelter, director of the NetLogo project. We have successfully presented similar classes many times over the past ~20 years.

This is an excellent opportunity for researchers across disciplines interested in modelling complex systems using individual-based approaches.

To accommodate international participation, the course will be held on-line for 3 hours per day (morning in the US; afternoon in Europe) over 10 days.
