The NetLogo-Mathematica link currently lacks a maintainer. We don't
know if it works with NetLogo 5, and we don't know if it works with
recent versions of Mathematica. I've opened a ticket to at least
document the situation:

If you discover any further information about what works or what
doesn't, the ticket would be a good place to record it.
