NetLdn Mailing list moderation policy change

Hey everybody

When this mailing list was first created we left a possibility open
that it could be used as a discussion spot for various topics in the
UK/London networking space, for that reason we had the list have a
approved join flow to avoid it turning into a spam fest.

It turns out in practice no one has actually posted on the mailing
list outside of us posting the details about when and what the next
meet up is going to be, so we have changed the mailing list policy now
to be moderation only, meaning that a post has to be approved by the
netldn organizers. However, realistically we will only be using this
list to announce the monthly events.

Basically as far as everyone is concerned nothing has changed, but I
thought it was important to document the change here.

If you do actually want to go in chat about the industry, don't worry!
We actually do have a place for that,the NetLdn slack!
