On Saturday!

I just had a talk with Jenny at Riata Great Room. She said they can open up the room for us at 5:00 pm on Saturday. I will be there at 5:00 pm to meet the Riata representative which will be in charge of our reservation. He/she will walk me through everything we need to know for that day. So please plan to be there at the Great Room at 5 pm on Saturday.

12 am is when we need to leave the place. Around 11:30 pm I will call up the Riata representative and they will come and lock up the place at 12:00 am. I can leave from there only after that.

If you have any questions that I need to clear up with them let me know.

I do have couple of props - like a wig, sarees, churidar shawls etc. I also am getting couple of props (like moustache) from one of my friends. But I will be back in Austin only tomorrow night. I need to check my stuff and confirm what all I have that I can bring as props. And therefore I will be able to give you a complete final list (of what I have) only Saturday morning. Hope that's okay.

They have trash bags there at the Great Room. So we don't need them. In case we do I can go over to my apartment there at get it.
