The Great Room is available for rent from 5:30pm to 12:00pm. So you are more than welcome to come in at 5:30 and set up. However 5:30 is the earliest time that we could do that. I will make a note next to your appointment as well so that the person assigned to open and close the great room for you on the 1^st of June will be able to meet with you at 5:30.

I had a quick question about our rental of Great Room for June 1. I believe we have the room reserved now from 6 pm to 12 am. Is it possible to get this room open to us (for setup etc) a little earlier than that? Like 5:00 or 5:30 pm?
