Details about Riata Great Room

All,

Alisha and I went to the Riata Great Room yesterday. We took some pictures, a video and collected more information about the room itself.

Other details:

• In addition to the 30 folding chairs and 4 folding tables that comes with the room, the existing furniture inside the room includes about 21 more chairs (different sizes), 7 couch/loveseats, 1 coffee table, 1 long dinner table, 2 small oval tables, 3 small side tables.
  
• Out of the 4 folding tables we can put 2 outside the entry door (on either side when you enter) for ticket registration etc.
  
• We should be able to move the existing furniture in the room closer to the walls so that we have space in the middle. Some furniture that we don't need can be moved to the hallway next to the great room.
• Photo booth could be set up in the hallway next to the great room.
  
• The tickets sales can be done outside the great room right outside the entry door to the great room. We can place 2 tables (or just one) on either side for the ticket sales.
