Hey guys!

So today I bought the following:
Plates
Cups
Cutlery
One red table cloth
Decorations
Styrofoam coolers (3)

I got some beads (for the guys) and star tiaras (for the women) for the people who are working the event. That way, i thought if people had questions they knew who to ask. Plus its fun. :)

Need the following still:
Pens to write in answes
Answer sheets
One big dry/erase board (i looked at party city and some other places with no luck)
Drinks
Ice
Wine/ beer opener (if u have, bring it)
Thumbtacks/ safety pins
Ice bucket and ladle (gagan)

I'm thinking if someone can do the soft drinks and ice,
I will get the dry/erase board, pens, and thumbtacks.

Wine/ beer opener (SUMINA will bring a beer opener - if u have, bring it)
Thumbtacks/ safety pins (SUMINA - I have some thumbtacks (not saftey pins though) at home, I'll bring them)

Hey guys,

I know Pooja is planning to bring some props for volunteers. Besides that do we have a dress code? What is everyone planning to wear? Just curious? Also, are we all reaching Riata at 5?

I am planning to wear a churidar. I will be at Riata at 5.

I have some props with me - one saree, couple of churidar dupattas, a short hair wig, angel head band + wand, a sash, a small fake sword, 2 hats... Are we good on props?

Cool. I will get some props as well (blonde wig, chunnis, funny hats, belly dancing chimmis etc)..

Also, wots our budget on the soft drinks? I plan to stop by Costco before coming to Riata! And should I pick up coke, sprite etc and cans or bottles? Just wanted to get an idea!

Yes, we came up with a list on Thursday night. I think we decided on the following:

4 Coke bottles (2 liter)
2 Diet Coke (2 Liter)
2 Sprint (2 Liter)
2 Fanta (2 Liter)
48 bottles of water (small ones)

Vineesh is bringing the ice when he gets there. I am having him bring 6 bags.
