The back the room is the only area that will work because we have the video clips to show (in which case we need a white wall to project stuff) or because of some other reason?

Makes sense. I think we were kinda worried about this during our last Tuesday meeting. So I guess we should not pursue Chola anymore? What are your thoughts on pushing this event out to June? I think the only 2 other places that we came up with to check during last meeting was Teji's restaurant and Mexitas? Or else just go with Riata on May 11? At this point I think May 11 is too close.

It's the only area which will be visible to all the people in the area. If we go outside the curtained area (where the buffet tables are), those folks would have a hard time seeing the information being projected.

Yeah, May 11th is too close, but Coal Vines for May 18th might be our best bet.

Pooja, did you happen to get any shots of the restaurant this weekend? Let's make it a goal to have a venue locked down by Friday!

Hi guys! I checked out coal vines, will have pics for u guys tomorrow. Will head there afain tomorrow afternoon. There were too many peops there saturday eve, for me to take pics without looking creepy. :)

Hi Vinit,

The meeting is at 7:00 pm. The reason why I included 2 different times is because I wanted to give people some flexibility. But, I think this may be causing more confusion than help :) And from the past few weeks, it seems like 7:00 pm has been working out failry well for everyone. Sorry about the confusion...
