Access denied to the web interface using: https://<my_ip>:980

Hello all,
I just finish up the installation of Nethserver on a vps server. Because I can’t install my own ISO, so I just install a minimal Centos 6.4.
After that I follow these instructions on http://nethserver.nethesis.it/index.php?id=download_yum-installation
Everything when well, after the first boot I entered my root password, network settings, FQDN and hostname. I also did:
# yum clean all
# yum update
Now when I go to https://<my_ip>:980 I need to accept the self-sign SSL certificate, but after accepting this I get:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
I think this is firewall problem, but do not know how to solve this, please help.
Nethserver iptables –L –n looks like:
Also the vps have it’s own firewall provided by the provider, but there I already open all ports
What is wrong with my server. I also can’t use a SSH connection. It’s like incoming connections to the server are blocked
Outgoing connections are working perfectly. Please help me out to troubleshot this problem.

mmh firewall seems ok. Indeed you get a "Forbidden" page, that means you can reach Apache. Are you connecting from an external network?
Try to issue the following commands (i'm going on memory):
# config setprop httpd-admin access public
# signal-event nethserver-httpd-admin-update
If this is enough, check Remote Access settings in https://<IP>:980/en/RemoteAccess.

You should also open access to web interface from non-lan networks:
# config setprop httpd-admin access public
# signal-event nethserver-httpd-admin-update
# signal-event remoteaccess-update
Otherwise you can try with a textual browser like elinks:
# yum install elinks
# elinks https://localhost:980

Yes, My VPS is on the internet. Your solutions did make me access the admin
page of nethserver.
