One way audio SIP communication when NAtting QVPN server

Hello,

I am having a one-way audio SIP issue when establishing a VPN connection via Natting to QNAP VPN Service. I can bring up a VPN L2PT/Ipsec connection but only one audio is obtained.

I appreciate any ideas to resolve this issue.
